We had a Birthday dinner for me a few nights before my actual birthday since Aunt Barbara was in town. Mom made a *delicious* dinner of braised lamb (I think it was braised...) with potatos, parsnip, carrots, etc. Then we had a pavlova for dessert which was, of course, delectable. I got to open presents and do all that stuff and just be around family. It was nice!
