These earrings were inspired by a pair that my cousin Lydia bought while we were in Australia in the summer of '05. She got these lovely blue earring that look basically like these and I loved them! They also looked really darn good on her, which helped. So I decided to make me a pair of my own. The only problem is that they're a bit heavy, which really isn't too much of a bother.
